Welcome to DePassport’s Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). This document serves as a contract between you and DePassport, setting the stage for your journey with us. We encourage you to read these Terms carefully before diving into our world because by accessing, viewing, or using DePassport, you’re legally agreeing to these Terms.
Be mindful that when you subscribe to our services for a set term (the “Initial Term”), the subscription will automatically renew for periods identical to the Initial Term at our current fees for such services, unless you decide to cancel it as per the guidelines outlined in these Terms.
Section 13 of these Terms is particularly important as it addresses the resolution of any disputes between you and DePassport, primarily through binding and final arbitration, with limited exceptions. You have the option to opt out of this arbitration agreement as specified in Section 13. Failing to opt out means you agree to resolve disputes individually and waive your rights to court trials and jury trials on these matters.
California users, please note: You may cancel your subscription and request a refund anytime before midnight of the third business day following your subscription date. Subscriptions made via Apple ID are subject to Apple’s refund policies.
1. DePassport Rules
To enjoy DePassport, you’ll need to register for an account. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country and abide by the laws of your country to use DePassport. You can create an account either manually or by using your existing social media logins. By using social media logins, you allow us to access and display certain information from your social media account as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
You cannot use someone else’s account nor share yours without permission. If you wish to leave DePassport, you can delete your account under ‘Settings’. Deletion is immediate, but your content might take some time to be fully removed. Re-activation of your account using the same credentials during this period is possible.
Our team uses automated systems and moderation to ensure a safe and respectful environment on DePassport. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts, restrict access, or use any means necessary to enforce these Terms without prior notice. This includes actions against accounts that breach our terms, display inappropriate behavior, or for other reasons deemed justifiable by us.
Access to non-public areas of DePassport and our systems without authorization is prohibited.
2. Types of Content on DePassportOn DePassport, you’ll encounter:

Member Content: Content shared by other DePassport users.
Our Content: This encompasses the software, databases, and features provided by DePassport.
We encourage freedom of expression but must limit content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others’ rights. This includes discriminatory, obscene, violent, abusive, or illegal content.
By posting Your Content on DePassport, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use this content. We will respect your rights and handle Your Content responsibly, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
